A typesetter puts your manuscript into a format ready to print. The cost is very dependant how you present your manuscript to the typesetter. Most authors use MS Word and present their document in A4 format. A conversion to A5 and formatted ready to print will cost you A$3 per page. If you present a document that requires typing then the cost could go up to A$15 per page.
In addition you may wish to have a different design format. This cost would vary depending on your requirements.
